Patented GROTU app offers assistance in Group Travel & Events Planning, aiding groups in saving both time and money.

1. Create New Trip Survey: Craft a Trip survey using provided questions & answers from the App, incorporate additional survey options, and invite a group of friends to select travel preferences including destinations, dates, companions, transportation, trip duration, accommodation, and preferred activities. Users can distribute Survey invitations via Phone contacts, Emails, and Telephone numbers.

2. View Trips: Respond to the Trip surveys you have initiated and the invitations you have received. Group survey results are displayed through colorful Pie charts and Bar charts to facilitate decision-making. Members can interact by commenting, viewing a list of invitees along with their suggestions.

3. Potluck, Party, Event Planner: GROTU boasts advanced Invitation management functionalities:

   • Event Invitation: Generate event Invitations specifying event type (e.g., lunch, dinner, sports meet, picnic), date, time, and venue address. Invite friends via email or phone contacts.
   • Potluck Invitation: Arrange Potluck events where participants can choose from a list of items (food, drinks, games) or undertake shared responsibilities like decorations or venue booking. Invitees can mark their preferences from the list provided and engage in chat-style discussions.

4. Create New Expense Report: Monitor Group expenses during travels or any shared expenditures where one individual pays on behalf of the group. Log Expense entries inclusive of date, amount, description, payer details, and participants involved. Capture photos of receipts to attach to Expense details accessible to all members. The App facilitates maintaining an account in Cloud storage for ledger balance tracking.

5. View Expense Reports: Access a list of Expense reports you've created or been invited to join. Review Expense Summaries detailing expenditures, receipts, participants involved. Append new Expense records and ascertain settlement amounts between participants while specifying payment methods in Account settings.

6. Group Photo Organizer: Share Photos in a Gallery alongside Hyperlinks to external platforms hosting your images. Friends granted access to a Photo Gallery can view, share, and upload photos; however, they cannot delete photos uploaded by others. The ability to create or remove Galleries is exclusive to members who have upgraded to GROTU's premium version.
